Staff, desde a recepção ao bar, simpático, prestável e profissional... Quartos super grandes e confortáveis. Muita limpeza em todo o hotel. A apontar de menos positivo, o preço do pequeno almoço por pessoa, que achamos demais caro e por esse motivo não o tomamos no hotel e a demora na chegada de água quente ao chuveiro e a tampa do chuveiro que estava solta. De resto aconselho e a repetir...

Gostei! Bom hotel, quartos agradáveis,boas vistas e pequeno- almoço razoável. Para mim faltaram os sumos naturais e mais variedade no pão. O SPA é bom, embora estivesse muito gente, talvez se fossem estabelecidos horários as pessoas pudessem usufruir melhor do espaço.

Muito agradável, staff muito simpático. Quarto com boas dimensões e decoração clean. Piscina interior com boas dimensões, com jacuzzi, sauna e banho turco. Excelente pequeno almoço. Bar no lobby agradável. A walking distance da Praia da consolação.

Grande chambre avec un balcon vue sur la piscine. Tout est propre, même un peu “clinique” en ces temps de Covid. Buffet petit déjeuner bon et complet dans une salle bruyante. Le seul problème que j’ai signalé 2 fois sans qu’ils réagissent à la réception est que le coffre fort mis à disposition dans la chambre s’ouvre avec le code de maintenance 123456 quelque soit le code privé que vous avez préalablement entré personnellement ! C’est évidemment très problématique si en toute confiance vous prévoyez de vous servir du coffre de votre chambre.

To start, the front desk at check in was pretty rude. The hotel is virtually empty and she wouldn't upgrade me. I checked in at 3:30 ish, room service wasn't available until 6:30...I skipped lunch and was hungry! At 6:45, I phoned the front desk but there was no answer. So, I walked down. No one was at the bar. A different front desk person was there and just as unhelpful as the first. Good news, the man who took my order was terrific. Only a rain shower head in the shower, bed is HORRIBLE. Pillows too. Good a/c, nice balcony.

Excelente, las habitaciones tienen unas vistas preciosas y el hotel en general está genial, el desayuno merece mucho la pena porque son 14€ pp y es un buffet impresionante. El personal es muy agradable. Yo sin duda repetiré porque calidad precio excepcional.
