역 바로 앞에 있고, 직원분들 모두 친절하셨음. 놀 거리 정말 많고 정말 잘 쉬다가 갔습니다. 언어가 다름에도 이해할 수 있게끔 안내를 도와주셨고 덕분에 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다

２月７日から１泊にて利用。 駅前で立地もよく館内は清潔でキレイである。 ただ何点か改善点を書きたいと思いておく。 ①リクライニングチェアスペースにテレビは不要！ 見たくもない番組がずっと流れており番組や音量も調整出来ずうるさいだけ。 せっかく静かな場所でまったりしたいのにテレビの音がとても不快！ ②持ち込みの缶飲料や食料品を入れる冷蔵庫がほしい。 夏場などは常温に置くのも不安だし冷やしておきたい。 ③なぜ朝はシャワーだけで湯船に浸かれないのか？ 湯を加温するガス代をケチっているのか？ 湯船に水は入っているのに加熱してない理由はなんであろうか？ 以上不満点３点への返答をお願いしたい。
