Probably the best Hotel Mystays. Service staff was courteous and there was really nothing to complain. There is also a combini nearby which is great for late night snacks.

Best! Cheap and good! Clean ! New ! But be sure you know check out at 10.

The room is newly renovated, the breakfast is rich, and the bed is comfortable, but the parking lot is charged (1,200 yen)

It is considered an affordable hotel in Japan. There are sofas and small tables in the room, which feels quite spacious. There is a free parking lot, but it needs to be reserved in advance. It fills up quickly (we couldn't park on the day because it was full). There is also a paid parking lot nearby, and there is one downstairs. You can pick up some supplies by yourself, and it is convenient to walk to a convenience store nearby for about 3-5 minutes. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I have stayed here countless times. It is the best choice for business trips. There are microwave ovens and washing machines and dryers on the 4th and 8th floors, which are very convenient for heating lunch boxes and washing clothes. There is also a comic book shop on the 4th floor. Most of the popular comics are in it.

After a day trip to Lake Kawaguchi, I was on my way out of Tokyo and stayed in Atsugi District for one night. Seeing that the hotel was reasonably priced and parking was available, I gave it a try. Although it is not a new hotel, the facilities are freshly maintained and the rooms are hygienic and there is no smell. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores and supermarkets, with excellent value for money.

The room is close to Atsugi Station and can be reached on foot. The hotel environment is good and clean. There is a food supermarket opposite

Hotel MYSTAYS Atsugi. We had arrived at Isehara and had already gotten off the train. We were ready to book a hotel nearby. Unfortunately, it was the first time that I encountered a situation where all the hotels were fully booked. In addition, the hotel had a minimum booking time. After 8 pm, no reservations could be made. At this time, we chose to go back two stops to this Hotel MYSTAYS in Hon-Atsugi. After getting off the express line, it was a bit far to walk. Our boss was pregnant, so I walked all the way to wait for her. When we went out the next day, we had to take a taxi. When we just entered the lobby, there was a strong smell. I don’t know if it was a special perfume. I was not used to it. Although the room was small, it was clean and tidy. It was basically the same as TOYOKO INN, even the layout was the same, and the utensils used were basically the same. At about 9 o'clock that night, my boss and I felt that the room was shaking a little. Was it an earthquake? Who cares? I lay down and fell asleep comfortably.

This is my second time using this hotel. It was cheap, clean, and had chargers so it was a very nice hotel. The entrance also had a very luxurious feel to it. I'd like to use this hotel again.

The room was clean and the front desk was very friendly. There are many restaurants and izakayas around Atsugi Station, so I had no trouble finding food during my stay.

Thank you for allowing us to use your hotel for many years, which has undergone many changes from Plaza Smile to Mystays. This was the first time that the kanji for a guest's name was mistyped. Also, when I entered my room and tried to throw away the trash, there was trash in the trash can that seemed to belong to the previous guest. I told the front desk and they disposed of it, but I was worried and looked around the room, and there was a small piece of plastic lying on the floor. I remember that there is usually a note on the table that says "XX cleaned up," but I couldn't find it this time. In the evening, when I was drinking alcohol with some snacks I had bought, a small fly flew around. The room was in front of the emergency exit, so it may have been easy for it to get in. Another thing that bothers me is the location of the hand wash bottle. It's next to the faucet, so it gets in the way when you use the faucet. Thank you for apologizing for the trash can when I checked out. I will be using your hotel again this week.

The facilities are not luxurious, but the staff were polite and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to use this hotel again.
