Park Farm Hotel

Fantastic hotel and swimming pool.

A good pool and gym. Restuarant closed on Monday and Tuesday, there are street food Van's outside which were nice. Room was adequate size. Little balcony. No lift for first floor. Location is a bit remote so no much to do on foot outside the hotel.

Had a wonderful time a Park Farm Hotel and was looked after perfectly. We had lost our vouchers and they did their best to locate them on their system for us.

My friend and I came for our usual birthday spa day... what a transformation since last year! The spa rooms, reception area and women's changing rooms have had a full revamp and what a difference! Reception area is sleek and tastefully decorated with a lovely seating area, the same with spa rooms... with a massive plus of having air conditioning (last year the rooms got too hot) also they now have a double room for couples which was so nice. Also just to add to the whole luxurious experience they now have a separate lounge area which was gorgeous and sumptuous, where you can discuss what treatments you would like and wait for your treatment. Ice cold water was provided one with fresh lemons and the other with cucumber and mint. Massive improvement in the changing rooms with large powerful rain showers and underfloor non slip flooring and plenty of hairdryers and mirrors. I had the hot stone massage and the breakfast smoothie facial while my friend had the champagne and truffle facial and the raindrop massage. The girls were amazing, professional yet warm and friendly. We had lunch included in our package along with a glass of fizz served in the beautiful garden lounge. Outside seating was also provided which was lovely on the hot day right by a delightful water feature. The staff that served us were attentive and friendly. Our day finished with a swim, steam room and a relax in the jacuzzi..... we both walked out as light as a cloud! If you want a spa day then look no further than Park Farm!

First class three day break at Park Farm , went for a Garden Patio room, as needed ground floor. Very large comfortable room overlooking the Garden. Only noise was the Blackbird singing happily in the tree outside. Can’t wait to make a return visit, hopefully quite soon.

A very pleasant stay in Norfolk at this spa hotel, set nicely in farmland and with an excellent restaurant and bar together with a spa where the team were lovely to be with. the restaurant team and their service was excellent and the food hot and of a good quality and portions but mos importantly choice.

We were invited to a Wedding Reception at Park Farm Hotel so we decided to book a three-night stay around it. Reviews that we read had been mixed but we were so pleasantly surprised at everything. Every single member of staff was supper friendly and the accomodation and food was top notch. Proximity to Norwich is a plus so we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay , easy and relaxing

Lovely hotel and spa. We travelled as a couple in our late 30s for our wedding anniversary. The spa was nice but would have been nicer to have more loungers. We stated for dinner which was lovely. Our room number 1 was lovely but it was such an awful night sleep. The mattress was so firm we could not sleep. I've never been to a hotel with a mattress so firm before. As a side sleeper it was so uncomfortable and I was so disappointed having such a bad night sleep despite the hotel being so nice.
