The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to transportation. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is wonderfully soft and comfortable. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. The overall environment is very clean, offering great value for money. My stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it.

To everyone using this app, absolutely DO NOT book this hotel. It's a complete scam and full of traps. If you book a double room, the front desk won't tell you during check-in, but when you check out, they'll demand payment for an extra person. If you refuse, they threaten to call the police. It's outright fraud. If you don't speak the language, they'll just wear you down until you pay to leave. Everyone, please be extremely careful and do not book this hotel. Several of us are victims. I'm telling you this with full responsibility.

This is an older, well-established five-star hotel in Atyrau. While it's been around for a while, the facilities are quite well-maintained. However, the service was a bit bizarre. When I first checked in, I was given a room that was already occupied. Then, upon check-out, I was in a hurry and didn't have time for breakfast, but they wouldn't even let me pack a piece of bread to go.

Excellent hotel. Clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was not included in the price.

Amenities: Known for its outdoor rooftop pool (one of the best in the city), an indoor pool, a gym, and a spa. Dining: Home to Dolce Vita, a well-regarded Italian restaurant, and a popular pizzeria.

Clean and tidy, spacious and bright, with attentive service.

Hotel is very old, however staff is amazing and very friendly. Breakfasts were bad and didn’t have decent options, no boiled eggs or omelette and only weird color scrambled eggs. They didn’t have also lactose free milk option during the breakfast which is not acceptable.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, it is refreshing to see such a high standard. The cleaner is like a machine, she works so hard and everyday leaves the room like new. Great job by all, Thank you

What a fantastic hotel! The decor is classic European and American. I heard it cost $700 a night over a decade ago. The location is fantastic, and the rooms have river views. There are lots of people strolling and fishing along the river.

Located on the Volga River, the hotel is quiet and convenient. We were able to check in a few hours early, and due to a delayed flight, we were given a late checkout. The service was very thoughtful and considerate. I'd definitely stay here again. It's also very close to popular attractions!

清晨的薄霧漫過阿特勞的河岸，酒店的落地窗便成了天然畫框。金鱗似的陽光在河面鋪開，釣魚人的身影斜斜映在水裡，魚竿揚起又落下，驚起碎銀般的漣漪。穿堂風裹着水草的清甜，混着遠處漁歌的調子鑽進窗縫。暮色漸沉時，餘暉把天空染成琥珀色，釣線在光影裏劃出温柔的弧線，滿載漁獲的木船搖搖晃晃靠岸，笑聲和水聲撞在一起，連空氣都浸着鮮活的暖意。

酒店性價比挺高的，第一次來阿特勞，位置也很不錯。打車去機場10幾分鐘，附近吃飯的地方也挺多的。下次還會繼續住裏。早餐相對簡單一點。

房間乾淨，衞生間潔具整潔，早餐很不錯，難得有熱的東西吃，就是房間有點潮，超預期！

酒店在烏拉爾河畔，位置離阿特勞機場不遠，打車十幾分鍾，對差旅來説比較方便。但是酒店整體老舊，外立面、內部都有年久失修的痕跡。第一天住的房間浴室沒熱水，但服務員態度不錯，及時進行了更換。
