Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous y avons passé un excellent séjour . Accueil très professionnel et chaleureux , en revanche dommage il n’avait pas de carte regionnal a donner ou plan de Clermont Ferrand. Chambre très spacieuse (220) avec Balcon donnant sur le site de Gergovie , literie confortable . Restauration très bonne , service un peu (trop) lent et carte avec divers choix dans chaque catégorie . Bref nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

Si l hôtel est très bien il n en est pas de même du restaurant . J y ai dîné la semaine dernière, le plat de pâtes que l on m a servi était infecte, j ai retourné mon assiette intacte sans que le serveur ne me demande s il y avait eu un problème , la crème brûlée avait la consistance d une brique … mon collègue avait pris le fish à chips , très sec , le plateau de charcuterie et les frites étaient corrects

Très bon accueil de tout le personnel dans cet hôtel situé près du zénith et à 10 mn du centre ville de Clermont. Chambres grandes et propres. Pas de bruit. Petit déjeuner copieux et pour tous les goûts. Parking extérieur fermé. Une bonne étape à recommander ou à refaire lors d’un voyage vers les alpes
