Stayed here for one night. Our room was clean. The air conditioning unit had a constant fan setting, which I loved. The manager was very nice. I would have rated it higher; however, the pool was not up to standard. We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. The pool had a broken part, which caused the whole pool room to be extremely hot and full of moisture. We still swam in the very warm pool, but the moisture was really, really bad! I also did not appreciate that I was charged an extra $50 for a deposit. It gets removed eventually, but a heads-up on this during check-in would have been appreciated.

Too many things not working or broken. The pool was nice but the floor was dirty and the exit door was left slightly open. Not safe. We closed it. The staff was courteous and friendly. My son's bathroom door did not close and maintenance never showed up to fix it. Breakfast was good. Although they ran out of some things early. The lobby was nice and comfortable. One of the exit doors didn't open with key card. Our room was nice but the window was very drafty. Not our favorite hotel but not our least favorite either.

Holiday Inn Express in Auburn, IN provided a comfortable stay for a night on the road We found an acceptable level of comfort and amenities, but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the shower; housekeeping seems to be skipping the cleaning of the shower. Pros: Comfortable king-size bed with great pillows Large room Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot in room Good-size bathroom Dove bath products -- lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner (mounted on wall) Comfortable task chair at the desk Plenty of surface space for luggage, laptop, and sleep machine Good lighting in room Delicious signature cinnamon rolls at breakfast Cons: Lounging chair too firm – not very comfortable Dirty shower Poor lighting in bathroom for shaving We had an acceptable stay at this hotel, but a more comfortable chair and a clean shower would have provided a 5-star stay.

Hotel common areas clean. Rooms clean. Quiet. Beds comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful. They worked to move my room close to my elderly father’s room so I could more easily assist him as needed. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Very pleased!
