Did not know what to expect, however was pleasantly surprised at the ease of access, cleanliness of establishment, and the numerous eating establishments nearby. The breakfast was awesome as well, especially with the rice and shoyu sauce. This is a hidden gem.
My only complaint is that the host who checked us seemed a bit grumpy and it showed in her interaction with us. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Despite having a TV remote that didn’t work right and another patron that was less than quiet it was a far better experience than what I had at a different hotel down the road.

Stayed with family and was a convenient, family friendly stay. Good breakfast and laundry facility helped a ton.
