Our first room was tired at best but it was clean. When the toilet overflowed the personal the desk initial response was to ask if we wanted a plunger. We were moved to another room. The sign on the room door says mo smoking room but the room smelled like stale.smoke. It was even more tired than the first. On the plus side the bed was comfortable

Staff was friendly and down to earth, the venue was quiet and felt comfortable, and the room was small but perfectly adequate. The venue has clearly seen better days, but all of the important boxes were checked.

My room smelled like cigarettes and its a non smoking facility. Was told i could get a refund. Then once i left, my refund was declined. And the woman at the front dest lied to me and was very rude afterwards.

Two of three days-no maid service. (Day 1 was claimed by them to be our fault, day 2 was unexplained.) No hot water final night and morning-no notice or offer to move us to room with hot water. Radiator/heater dial broken. (Air blew either cool or very hot.) Front desk button on room phone goes to “invalid number.” After-hours communication with staff limited to video kiosk in front entryway. Complaints/concerns to staff were mostly explained away as the guest failing to understanding how they run things. There was never an apology for the inconvenience or an indication of understanding. We stayed here 5 months ago and it wasn’t great, but it was better. With exception of kind woman at check-in, it was a bad stay. We will not stay here again.

We liked our room very affordable. We dislike the smoke in the hotel. My fiancée was very upset with it. Made her very sick.
