Two of three days-no maid service. (Day 1 was claimed by them to be our fault, day 2 was unexplained.) No hot water final night and morning-no notice or offer to move us to room with hot water. Radiator/heater dial broken. (Air blew either cool or very hot.) Front desk button on room phone goes to “invalid number.” After-hours communication with staff limited to video kiosk in front entryway. Complaints/concerns to staff were mostly explained away as the guest failing to understanding how they run things. There was never an apology for the inconvenience or an indication of understanding. We stayed here 5 months ago and it wasn’t great, but it was better. With exception of kind woman at check-in, it was a bad stay. We will not stay here again.
