We arrived late - in town for a funeral- cleaning lady was very rude the next morning. There was 4 of us to get ready. Funeral was at noon. Check out was at 11. We had arrangements for other family to meet there. We were 1/2 ready & she made us bring our stuff downstairs to the cold waiting room that was by the main door that kept opening It was 10 degrees outside that morning.
Will not be back. The funeral was for my only brother and she could have shown some compassion and consideration. We had just driven from Florida.

Comforters were stained on arrival. Greasy handprints remained on headboard. Tub would not drain in a timely fashion.
