At check-in, the door card didn’t work. I went back to office and the front desk lady swiped on a machine and said it should work this time. But it didn’t work. She said we had to ask her to open the door every time we came back to our room! On the booking page, it says this hotel provides breakfast, but didn’t, which provides wrong and misleading information to customers. Also, inside the room, there was a nice balcony. However, the door couldn’t be latched. It was such a terrible experience at this hotel.
