This hotel stay was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was immaculate, The entire staff was super friendly and the bed was very comfortable. Everything had a classy touch right down to the Nespresso machine in the room. There is not a more central hotel in Auburn! We will stay here again and again.

Great staff, kind and professional. Nice touch with magicians. Lobby is attractive, Rooms well appointed and spacious. Great location in the heart of downtown Auburn. Easy walking distance to school and entertainment options. Definitely recommend.

From the personable valet crew who remember your every visit, to the wonderful hospitality staff consistently checking in to see if they can provide anything to enhance your stay, I can truly say that it is always a joy for my family & I stay at The Hotel at Auburn University. This spring I stayed at the hotel for an over 300 person women’s conference that was being held at the Dixon Conference Center. As soon as my mother & I arrived the valet crew jumped to work, cheerfully unloading my packed SUV filled with everything one could think of to help host a conference. Valet Vaughan & his crew member were incredible, cheerfully unloading our SUV that would make a body builder have second thoughts. On our departure, Valet Davis loaded up my SUV by himself with such an efficiency I’m still trying to decipher it a month later. Our conference would not have been a success without the gracious service of Mrs. Edith in housekeeping, the uplifting attitude & attentiveness of Gary in Banquet, and the remarkably quick Mathew at the front desk. Chris in AV’s reliability and competence allowed for us to say that this was the smoothest running conference of my tenure on the planning committee. Chris definitely earned the title “perfect”. Senior Meeting and Events Manager, Scott Norrell, is simply one of the best. Scott’s ease with detailed event planning and his deep understanding on the importance of community service make working with him an absolute pleasure. My special thanks to the excellent banquet kitchen staff & servers. The hotel & conference center’s warm southern hospitality shines during these conferences. If you’re ever thinking of hosting an event there - do it! You won’t regret it.
