Hotel seems brand new. Beds and pillows comfortable. Shower and elevators oddly not that clean but everywhere else spotless. The whole coffee/ beverage area was out of service which was a pain at breakfast. We also forgot toothpaste and I was surprised they couldn’t help us. Had to find a cvs. I would definitely try an avid hotel again based on this though.

For a no frills budget hotel it’s not bad. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. My only complaint is the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations. We also had someone in our hall smoking that we could smell from time to time in our room.
