I choose Accor brands ibis budget and Ibis (sometimes Novotel) because they are safe for me as an allergic person, esp to bleach and perfumes. For the first time in my experience, there was perfume in the room, so I had early allergic reactions after checking in, and had trouble sleeping even with the window open (and was cold as well.The staff was understanding, so made sure that the room was only cleaned with water the following day to prevent the issue from coming back. There should be no perfume in rooms (and no perfumed cleaning agents), these chemicals are toxic for everyone in the long term (pollutants and irritants)

hôtel bien tenu propre et calme :petit déjeune varié .habitué à la chaine d hôtel rarement déçu . le personnel très agréable près à vous aide ou à vous conseillé .chambre propre et climatisé vu les chaleur de cet été c est appréciable.

Arrived midnight after long flight delay. Welcomed by duty manager. Room clean and good breakfast. A convenient stopping point on journeys through Auch and looked to be an interesting town for a look round. Sadly we just did not have time.

très bon accueil, pour son standing cet hôtel est de bonne qualité, la salle d'eau ainsi que la douche est spacieuse. la chambre est calme. le petit déjeuner copieux et d'une grande amplitude horaire ( à partir de 4h00 du matin)

I had low expectations of Ibis but I was wrong. The room comfortable and spotless. Check in lady was lovely. The room was as you’d imagine but ok for a few nights. The real discovery was the attached resto, nothing like it in UK. Food grilled on wood, attempt at local produce/wine. Good service. I’d go back !

Tout s’est très bien passé de l’arrivée au départ de l’hôtel. Aucune surprise car ce n’est pas la première fois que je descends ici : tout est net, bien propre et fonctionnel. La seule réserve, mais ceci n’engage que moi, serait la literie : le matelas est un poil trop dur pour mon dos et la couche de mémoire de forme n’est pas assez épaisse pour compenser. Après tout, question d’habitude : je n’y habite pas en permanence et mes douleurs dorsales sont quasi permanentes…
La situation de l’hôtel est aussi un avantage : loin du centre-ville donc du bruit mais proche de tout et simple d’accès, sauf le dimanche quand les habitants vont au centre commercial adjacent : on doit quelquefois attendre le bon vouloir d’un automobiliste qui s’arrête pour laisser passer.
Mais ce ne sont que des détails qui n’entachent en rien l’impression générale…
