The hotel is near to Auckland airport and we are had a convenient stay to reach back to the airport the next day.

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel, based on reviews I expected much better. The only thing going for it was the lobby/entry and amenities in there, parking was plentiful and at $7 per night not too bad. But where I had massive concerns, the cleanliness and condition of the room itself, needs a serious overhaul, beds are extra firm and so uncomfortable. The fridge barely worked, floors were dirty. We were in a room that was close to parking but in order to get into the room, you had to take this extra long walk around and to exit you could go via fire exit. Such a silly design in my opinion. Won’t be staying here again.

Nice place. Just wish we knew that the rooms don't get cleaned or fresh linen/towels on the daily. Alternate days for room services. Check-in was rushed, answered my question about bond abruptly. No laundry. I'd say it's not child friendly either.

It's about a 10-minute bus ride from the airport, so the location is great and perfect for transit.
However, the hotel is complicated and maze-like, and difficult to find. I asked to be changed to a room closer to the front desk or the elevator, but was told "we're fully booked tonight."
The hotel was deserted, and there were no lights on in the rooms visible from the balcony at 9pm.
If I'd been unlucky, I might have been the only one in the room on my floor.
The male staff member was the epitome of polite rudeness. I will never stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel offered great value for the price, considering its location and quality of service. We plan to stay here again on our next visit.

2nd time staying and enjoyed our stay there again. Location is great and the little township right nxt door was great giving you options to eat other than restaurant food or if you have a vehicle the town centre is just down the road.
Stayed in the habitat room and the size was pretty good considering I had 2 small ones, so we were pretty much most of the day.
Check in and out of hotel is easy as.
The best part is, the yellow bus shuttles were so convenient and easy to use.
