The single room we stayed in was not large, but it was well-equipped even though it was small, which was pretty good. The bathroom is very clean, but the pillowcase seems to have not been changed. You can smell the smell of hair oil when you get close. I stayed for two nights and had this smelly pillowcase... The shower head in the bathroom is fixed and there is no way to adjust the direction. It's slightly It is a bit inconvenient, and it feels like shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are all the same liquid. The location is on Queen's Road, which is quite convenient. However, if you drag your luggage from the airport bus stop, it is uphill all the way, which is quite tiring, but on the other hand, it is downhill. By the way, although there are windows, they cannot be opened.

It's convenient in the CBD area, you can walk to Queen Street. The facilities in the room are sufficient, but the bedding is a bit dirty and the things are relatively worn.

Have stayed here 4 times and each time gets better. The staff are super friendly and always able to help with anything you may need. Rooms are clean and everything you would need. This is our go to place in Auckland CBD as the he kitchen facilities really help us too and are of great quality. Thanks again for another great stay
