Auckland city center, business district and major attractions are within walking distance. The room was OK, clean and sanitary, and the breakfast was good. The elevator was a bit old and there was no room service, which was a bit inconvenient as we arrived at night.

The location of this hotel is amazing. There is a food court and a supermarket at the back door, but they close very early, at 8pm. So we stayed in this hotel for four nights, and we didn't have a chance to go into the supermarket downstairs. The street in front is the sky tower and the intercity bus terminal, which is really convenient. The interior decoration of the hotel is relatively old. Foreign hotels can't compare with domestic four-star hotels, but the service is very good. I stayed for one night on the first day of my arrival, and set off for a tour around the island the next day. I didn't expect to leave my manicure bag behind. Later, I checked in again after more than ten days and asked the housekeeping department whether the housekeeper had picked it up. Sure enough, he kept it for me and returned it to me. The impression is very good. Oh, and before booking a hotel in China, I was not sure whether I could keep my large luggage in the hotel for more than ten days in this way. I asked by email in advance, and I got a reply on the same day. The luggage was also well preserved! Although I don't have a good impression of Auckland, this hotel is worth recommending!
