Rooms are much too tiny...., with poor space enhancement... welcome staff are great, and very willing to help you for anything. This makes a huge difference, hotel being well located but not amazing.

After booking months ago to go here for our 21st wedding anniversary which we were looking forward to as we have always wanted to stay here , we ended up extremely disappointed .
Before arrival we checked our booking and realised that had we booked on the day it would have cost $1000 less which to us seemed extremely unfair, we voiced our opinion on check in and the manager basically blamed ******* and told us to suck it up, not sure who to be more disappointed in but we will most definitely never stay here again and feel like we have been scammed by *******
