The air conditioner in the first room we arranged leaked and dripped onto the pillow, and the second room had bloody sheets wrapped under the mattress... I can only say that the hotel staff are friendly and the location is okay.

The service attitude of the hotel is good, the facilities are relatively new, and it is clean. There is a refrigerator in the room.
There is a countdown supermarket nearby. There are cafes, sushi and other shops coming out of the back door. There are also bars and lunch boxes nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the downtown port/station.
The main entrance of the hotel is on beach rd.
Skip the messy room, I've been here for several days.

Garbage left in front of our room for many hours, not something you'd expect in a hotel, breakfast quality was average.

I stayed here twice, before and then during an organised tour. On my first visit, I was checking in late around 9pm so quite tired. The room I was given had a really strong unpleasant air freshener stench that immediately gave me a headache. I don't know if they were trying to cover up that someone had smoked in the room or what, but it was really awful. I was too tired to go down and ask for a room change so I put up with it, luckily there was a balcony which I could open up to let some oxygen into the room. When I came back the second time, they tried to give me the same room again which I declined, I mentioned the reason but the staff person showed no interest and gave no comment, but did give me another room. Otherwise it was fine, there is a big supermarket nearby, you can walk to the centre of town in 10 minutes, breakfast was fine, there are some restaurants right outside the hotel.

The hotel is very close to Spark Arena, very ideal location for concert goers. The room was clean and tidy.
