A relatively central location, you can walk to the citywalk, and it's not far from the pier and the Sky Tower.
The room is nice, with a view and facilities.

Located on the harbor side, it has good accessibility to the center of Sathi. The 1-bedroom apar**ent I stayed in is spacious, but has only one queen-sized bed (+ 1 sofa bed in the living room), making it a bit difficult for a family of 3 like us to stay.

This room can only be described as huge. It has a large living room and a large 180-degree balcony. It has a washing machine and a dryer. It is perfect for the last night before leaving New Zealand. DFS is downstairs. Shopping is very convenient. You need to verify your identity when entering and exiting the garage. It is absolutely safe.

We originally booked two rooms, one with a large bed and the other with two small beds, but when we checked in, we only had one room for each room. However, after negotiation, we added an extra small bed for free, which was very efficient ~ the balcony has a great view. OK~

The only reason I gave a 3 rating for property condition is that they are in the middle of renovations & therefore it's a bit of a mess but it is was a great place to stay & we will definitely do so again. Also a shout-out to Up cafe in the Sebel it was wonderful 👍 would definitely recommend 👍
