Auckland Waterfront Serviced Apartments on Prince's Wharf

Lovely apar**ent and location just a hassle dealing with the booking company. There was a lack of transparency up front re costs and up front layout (bonds etc) which could be made clearer and the key had to be picked up elsewhere, which meant a 20 min walk across the city with suitcases. Not sure why the key can’t be left at the pier for ease. Apar**ent lovely only build I’d suggest is to have large towels and more towels rather than the half sized towels, Europeans more used to large /bath towels)

Thanks to Graham and Allison, we had a fantastic stay in two AWSA apar**ents just after New Zealand reopened last spring. Home very far away from home . We appreciated the attention to details , for example some basic supplies in the fridge for the first breakfast, coffee and chocolate and a washing machine. Superb view of the bridge. Graham was present to welcome us and Allison was so kind when finalizing our travel arrangements. I recommend it highly

We stayed for 3 nights in a 1 bedroom apar**ent. As we arrived out of hours, the key was waiting for us in relevant place, so we were able to get in with no issues. Apar**ent was lovely very big and spacious. Really appreciated the basic supplies like milk, cereal etc that we could use the first morning. The bathroom was clean and well appointed, and included a washing machine as well. View across the harbour was beautiful and walking distance to lots of eating options, and into the city centre. One minor issue, we were in an apar**ent on the 1st floor and right outside our balcony was a big generator as they were doing works on the wharf area. While there was no noise Friday night (day we arrived), or Saturday or Sunday, the Monday (the day we left) they started up the generator so the noise was rather loud, but as we were leaving it didn't bother us. If you are staying during the week, I would check and ask for an apar**ent away from any heavy machinery. That said we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

An amazing stay, started off with the best service from Graham and Alison from the booking through to arriving, accommodation was clean tidy with all the extras and even a complementary bottle of bubbles to start a nice relaxing weekend. Great central but quiet location. Can't wait for next time.

Large apar**ents in a fantastic location. Parked the car and didn't use it for the rest of the stay. Everything was easy from the booking process to checkout. I travel to Auckland a lot and this is by far the best apar**ent I have stayed in. Great for the kids too with plenty of room. Just saved myself a lot of time on my next visit as I'm going back here.

Love these apar**ents and the position is beyond fabulous. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay in the ❤️ of Auckland. The beds are very very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with all the utensils/glasses you need. Will be staying again.

We will not book anywhere else in the city again - can't wait to come back! These apar**ents are incredible. We booked two nights in an apar**ent and were so impressed from start to finish. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the apar**ent delivered more than we expected. A quiet location but right in the middle of all the downtown activity for shopping and restaurants. Many hours could have been spent looking over the harbour and seeing the bridge lit up at night while sitting on the deck. The apar**ent was really spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. The bathroom was perhaps a little tired and didn't have a bath, but everything else was outstanding. Lovely linen, furnishings, extremely comfortable and value for money when compared to other hotels/apar**ents in the CBD. Already thinking of staying here again.

We stayed in a one bedroom on the first floor and two bedroom apar**ent on the sixth floor for two nights. Both rooms had excellent views of the Auckland Harbour Bridge, Viaduct and city. The apar**ents were clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Thank you for the nice bottle of bubbles and chocolate on arrival. Thank you also to Graeme for the friendly tour of the apar**ents on check in. We have stayed here before and would stay again because you can't beat the views!

We recently stayed in a one bedroom apar**ent at the Auckland Waterfront Serviced Apar**ents which was ideally situated with a view overlooking the Auckland harbour bridge. The apar**ent was spotless and well catered in both the kitchen and bathroom area. The bottle of bubbles and chocs were well appreciated.
