The room is very nice and the price is acceptable. I can bring my family to live in 3 bedrooms and sleep separately without disturbing each other. The view from the balcony is very good. The hotel has a parking lot (turn left at Wilson parking on the first floor). The parking fee is $40 per night, which is cheaper than other hotels in the same area.

The experience was mostly good... staff were quite helpful except for 1 thing.... (see below); place was well located, clean.. ambient temperature was good even though there was only 1 a/c unit.. maybe be different in high summer..
encountered 2 issues:-
1) The door to balance is left opened.... hotel would not provide a key to lock it... as no key is given out... the lock may be incorporated in the door handle when lifted.. appeared this particular door may not be installed properly..
2) Very strange - The receptionist refused to reserved a parking space for me for some reason... (under 3 separately occassion, day after check-in, day before needing to use and the actual morning of the day of use).. and when i drove the rental car to the hotel.. it was full as apparently; i did not book....

The three-bedroom suite is very nice. It faces Victoria Park and has a great view. It also has a large terrace where you can dine while looking at the park. The room is still very new, and the Indian staff in the lobby are very friendly. I recommend everyone to choose this apar**ent hotel.
