The hotel is near the pier and very close to Queen Street. The hotel facilities are complete and the services are very good. The normal check-in time is 3 pm, but after arriving at 12 noon, the front desk informed me that the room had been prepared and checked me in immediately. It is quite user-friendly. Shopping, dining and public transportation are very convenient in the surrounding area.

The location is great, but it's a little inconvenient to get to and from the airport. You can only use supershuttle or Uber.

You must book a hotel with Ctrip. Unless Ctrip has no room, generally don’t book. I really like that every operator on Ctrip is very knowledgeable. So if you have any questions, please directly ask Ctrip to ask the hotel for help. If you dropped something, can you store your luggage for free (because there is too much luggage to go to North Island and I can’t check it all, so I can only leave it at the hotel and airport for nearly 500 yuan), the room must be quiet, etc. Ctrip was the one who helped with the communication and almost always responded very quickly. In booking, you can only write letters and send messages and cannot reply in time. Foreigners will reply once a day, which will kill you. Let’s talk about this hotel again. After reading the reviews that it was the same as hotels in China, I decided to book it. I felt relieved that the room rate of more than 1,000 yuan was similar to that in China. The kiwi bird entering the door looks like a very high-end work of art. The scenery in picture 2 is outside the window. The bedding is clean and there are no allergies. The twin beds are big enough (about 1.35). Two bottles of Anchor milk are free in the refrigerator. There are also mineral water slippers and other Ctrip-operated hotels. It is really safe to check in. There is a bar across the street. Although it is late, you can rest there. The windows can also block some sound and the impact is not too big. If you go to bed early, wear earplugs. It'll be fine.

M Social Hotel is my favorite hotel during this trip to New Zealand. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. I always bring my own pillow every time I travel, but I brought it with me this time, but I didn’t use it in this hotel. I must recommend this hotel to others.
