we have stayed at the quest on Eden a number of times when visitng Auckland,love the place and usually the staff. Last time they said "next time book by phone,it will be cheaper" Rang to book and was told it was $10 dearer to book over the phone,when I said cheaper to book online the lady responded rather snarkily "Well then if it is cheaper to book online,book online".. So I booked at another hotel. Not happy

Wanted a property within east walking distance to Spark Arena and this was perfect. Rooms well appointed. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
There is no aircon in these rooms.

Good for family group stay. We had 2 separate rooms. Full kitchen and lounge area. Plenty of seating. Clean and tidy.

Steve White was very warm and welcoming, he made you feel like you where actually living there. Excellent man. Hence the reason I would chose to stay there again. Up the Wahs

I can’t recommend this place strongly enough… I was due to arrive from Australia in March 2020 and with ever changing COVID restrictions, I managed to secure a studio 2days before arriving to self-isolate in for 14days. Casey and Juan were sooo helpful organising my stay and the staff were fantastic!! Even ringing my room to check up on me every second day. I had an amazing view, exceptionally clean room, fantastic delivery and room service. Everything I needed was supplied including washing machine and dryer!! The 14 days flew by and I thoroughly enjoyed my isolation period. Thankyou to you all for an amazing time

Highly recommend Quest on Eden. Customer service was impeccable. Room was in immaculate condition. Check in and check out was super easy. We will definitely be returning
