Wi-Fi is bad, cutting in and out… useless! Takes forever to watch a 30min show on the TV…. Ended up giving up on trying.
So many light don’t work (the one above bathroom mirror and above the Mini bar)
My room’s balcony faces Halsey St, and is noisy as xxxx coming from heavy vehicle or construction machine etc.

Hi , apart from reception being on the third floor and no access unless calling them to come and get you , very friendly and helpful staff , nice quite rooms .

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Love the privacy and standards. The only issue was that is a pain of another hotel and doesn’t have reception desk and you communicate by phone or text, however they are very quick in response. Great value for money!

We stayed for 3 nights and thought the value for money at The Marsden was great. To be in this location at this price point was fantastic. There were some small issues with the room, such as the kitchenette tap not working, a curtain off its rails in part, no bathroom fan, but for the value we could look past this. Would return.
