Good stay, I love this hotel coz it’s very clean and tidy. The towels looks fresh.
Only one escalator to go up to next level and no escalator to go down one floor, so it’s quiet annoying especially when you carrying a big luggage.

Check in time is too late(3:00pm) and check out time is too early(10:00am). Luckily the staff advised us to join the members of the hotel group so that we can apply for the early check in and late check out. The facility is new, tidy and clean. Staffs are polite.

Clean. Good water pressure. Comfortable bed. Easy to find from the port if you are coming off of a cruise ship. Good customer service. Breakfast is okay. It will hold you until you can find a good lunch.

The service awareness is poor. I booked a day trip to Hobbiton and Waitomo Cave on April 6th, which was to depart at 6:10. On the evening of April 5th, I asked the front desk if they could prepare a breakfast box for the morning of April 6th, but was rejected. The front desk emphasized that the breakfast starts at 6:30 and there is no breakfast at 6:10. I insisted because the room I booked comes with 2 breakfasts, but I live alone. Later, the front desk rummaged from the back of the cabinet and took out a carton of Anchor milk, then went to the kitchen to get a small apple, and then explained that this was all I could get. I was really speechless at the time... but I couldn't do anything. As a result, at 6:00 the next morning, I still wanted to ask if a breakfast box could be prepared at 6:10, but the front desk unexpectedly said that there was breakfast now. The general breakfast time is 6:30, but today is an exception. With curiosity, I went downstairs to take a look. There was really breakfast, and the dining staff were a group of British elderly tourists. The real reason is clear at a glance. But I have to thank these old men and women. With their light, I can have breakfast.
