设施：Outstanding and excellent! TBH this hotel has totally surprised me and exceeded my expectations. Pillows are good and the room is neat and well equipped. Also I think the cost effectiveness is the greatest advantage!

服务：almost all the friendly staff speak mandarin and I think it really helps Chinese visitors. Dim sim restaurant in a few steps distance, breakfast was nice as well.

I originally planned to stay for just one night since the hotel was newly opened and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was so impressed that I extended my stay to three nights! It truly made my trip to Auckland unforgettable.
From the excellent facilities to the exceptional staff, everything exceeded my expectations. The morning tea at the restaurant across the hotel parking was also absolutely delicious, adding to the wonderful experience.
The hotel offers great value for money, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!
