Maison de Rose

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a gorgeous setting up in the hills. Tastefully decorated in a “rose” theme. Large kitchen with every utensil and appliance you would need. Bed was quite comfortable with various pillow types to choose from. Host was lovely and provided great suggestions for things to see and do.

Drove over 600 kilometers and the host evicted us within five minutes after arrival and refused to refund the accommodation cost. I had to apply to dispute tribunal for assistance and eventually got my money back. Thanks to the law and justice.

Very comfortable, well-equipped apartment Robert was a most friendly and helpful host, as well a a great photographer! The apartment was beautifully decorated and well- equipped ( including a much appreciated washer and dryer) and had a lovely garden.

First of all it didn’t specify if it was a n Airbnb or motel. Very disappointed to find it was an Airbnb an old house with damp smell and you share the flat with an owner that wouldn’t leave you alone. Adding to the disappointment it has no mobile phone reception at all and my work relies on phone. For this two bedroom flat, 264.50 dollars were charged five days prior and we drove more than 600ks to pick up our daughter from uni and just to stay for the night so we can hit the road early the next day. He said to allow our daughter to stay extra $50 will be charged. I argued and agreed daughter won’t stay. He said he didn’t like my attitude and therefore five minutes into checking in police were called and we were trespassed and evicted or we would be arrested. We had no choice but to drive another 600ks to the comfort of our own home. Very upsetting experience and I would never recommend this place. Stay as far as possible.

Everything was clean, and very convenient. Host was helpful and extremely pleasant.
