Conveniently located in Auckland CBD, this hotel is within walking distance to some landmarks and popular fast food restaurants. Unfortunately the room was not that clean, with coffee stain marks on the cabinetry and some dust inside the wardrobes. There was also an issue with house keeping, as I used the in-room "Make Up Room" notification, and when I came back in the afternoon, my room was not cleaned. Even after I informed the reception, I found that the tea/coffee satchels were not refilled (this is the first time I experienced this in Auckland). I believe there are also some technical issues with a few of the elevators, as every time I stepped in, it sinks and re-levels. I do not have this issue in other hotels or commercial elevators. Other than the reception staff, the only other good thing that I found was the filtered water refill machine and the luggage weight. Overall I found that this hotel disappointing for this price range. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone in the future.

Amazing! 10/10 would come again. Best hotel during our New Zealand Trip. (Might be due to low season in June, but for 70 USD/night incl. Breakfast incredible value!)

The location is in the city center with limited parking but the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and able to manage it. The breakfast was also quite plentiful, making it good value for money. I might consider to choose the same hotel next time.

The room was spacious and clean with good lighting, but amenities were a bit sparse. The location is a bit out of the way, on a slope, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the CBD.

There's a Chinese restaurant downstairs called 'China Taste.' It's a really good Chinese restaurant in downtown Auckland, definitely worth trying. The overall location, service, hygiene, breakfast, and price are all very reasonable, offering excellent value for money.

The hotel's location is great for city walks, and it's not far from the Sky Tower. The room itself isn't very spacious, but the bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom, however, is quite roomy and comes with body lotion, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and a disposable shower cap (outside of China, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are rarely provided). The water pressure is excellent, making for a pleasant hair wash and shower experience. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's still pretty good. There are no complimentary bottled water in the room, but filtered water is available in the hallway. The hotel's parking lot is quite small.
