The breakfast is fantastic, parking is a little troublesome but understandable as it’s located in CBD. Hotel provides valet parking which is convenient for us. Great decorations and service provided.

We had a wonderful time , it was my wifes birthday , they even gave us a card and cake.

Location was central but also right above very loud clubs/bars, which meant that it was extremely loud at night (past midnight). We stayed on the 6th floor which felt like the hallway was not part of the building with two mechanical/service doors open. Room and service was fine.

The room is pretty clean. The hotel location is right in the middle of the city. The service is extremely fast and bespoke. The complementary breakfast was a great addition to our stay.

Good location, nice staff

The location is in the center of the city. There is a bar downstairs. There is constant noise all night. It is difficult to sleep at all. It is not recommended to stay here.

The location of the hotel is very good, just in the center of Auckland, it is very convenient to go everywhere. The Sky Tower and the Harbor Bridge can all be reached on foot. The overall hotel is a bit old, but it is well maintained. Especially worthy of praise is their breakfast, which is delicious.

The location is very central, it is very convenient to go out and go shopping. But the room is quite small and feels damp. It is the worst room in the hotel I stayed in New Zealand this time, although the hotel lobby is very retro.

Pretty good

Great hotel close to the ferry terminal. Room was small but beautifully finished, espresso machine in a room and gorgeous tea cups :). Breakfast was ok , nice setting but limited buffet choices . Overall a beautiful hotel .

Lovely hotel, room was very comfortable. If you’re on the 8th floor there are a few stairs to walk up for those where it matters. The staff didn’t mention the ******* credit that I had until I brought it up. Even at check out, I had to remind them to use the credit. Thus, maybe it can be noted better on their system.

We loved our stay, the room was very nicely decorated, and the furniture was comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast was ok The elevator has issues and our bed throw cover had what looked like food stuck on it.

Fantastic service. I had an issue with noise levels in my room for the 1st night of my stay. Staff were very attentive and accommodating when I requested a room change, if one was available. We were not only moved to a new room but unexpectedly given an upgrade to a fabulous suite. It really made our stay perfect. Thank you Fable, we loved our stay with you and appreciated you going above and beyond.

Room very small - TV in incorrect location and complete lack of mirrors - one small mirror in bathroom. Great location in the heart of downtown Auckland. Staff, particularly the concierge staff were very helpful
