Excellent central and iconic area to stay with several restaurants to choose from inhouse including the sky tower that revolves to experience a 360 degree of Auckland and surrounding areas with high class food. ****** and plenty of cheap parking on the premise. Clean large rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Phoned in for help. VERY kind, patient and helpful. Stayed on the line until I said we were okay.
Valet Service: Excellent in every way.
Concierge: thorough and thoughtful. Made moving from car, to book-in area to the room very simple.
Booking In: polite, efficient, friendly.
Room itself: magnificent!! View: Awesome!
Overall: Staying at SkyCity made our Ak visit stress-less and easy. I’ll be doing this all again, hopefully it will be very soon!! Thank you to all. 😊

I loved my room — it was spotless, and having the top floor made the view absolutely beautiful. I also ordered a meal from the hotel, and it arrived quickly and tasted amazing.
