Location was good, apartment was cleaned, you just need to provide your own soaps/shampoos and face wash towels.

Checkin mg service staff very rude and absolute make it difficult to check in. Please improve services while guest check in

COCKROACHES!!! The unit was infested with cockroaches which we did not discover when we arrived. It did on our return from our first evening out ( when it was darker). See more below. Parking was good. Stairs to navigate into foyer that smelt like stale cigarette smoke. Reception hours were good. Lift to 8th floor good. Unit was fine ( 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, stand-alone wardrobe and side table - no room for anything else). Single bed in lounge. One couch and a table with 3 dining chairs. Washer/drier in kitchen cupboard. Only a small fan heater for heating which was sufficient even in mid July. Kitchen - no chopping board or tongs. Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity and hair dryer all sufficient. On returning from an evening out noticed movement on the kitchen bench , lots of cockroaches. Coming out of kitchen vents and along fridge wall. Called reception at 11.30pm and they bought up a can of bug spray…… sprayed all surfaces and rooms. Attendant left. Found more in bathroom and on a pairs of our jeans. Hardly slept a wink. More again in the morning so went to reception and advised that we needed to move on. Was offered a different room but after researching cockroaches and reading reviews, decided there was obviously an issue and would more than likely be rampant thru out the building so was refunded for the next night ( but not refunded booking fees) and we moved to another hotel. Reception were fine about didn’t seem shocked at all but did ask for a copy of the photos I took so that they could pass it on to their exterminator. Overall cleanliness was not great in the unit. Click arms were stained and dirty. All corners in shower and vanity were mouldy. Wouldn’t stay here again which is a shame as was a good convient area for what we were doing.
