There were hairs inside the duvet when I opened it. Everyone, beware, it was a terrible experience.

The hotel location is good and the room is clean, near convenience store and restaurant

A clean room with a comfortable bed, and goose service. The location was very close to the ASB waterfront theatre, which was very convenient.

Location couldn't have been more perfect! The room was smaller than expected but was all we needed. Would have hoped to have a couple of other amenities considering price of room however the bed was comfortable, everything was very clean and had a good view. Staff were also lovely, very straight forward check in and out!

Great place. Very quiet. Very easy to find & drive to & from. Parking building is adjoined to the building, extra cost. Wynyard quarter 2 mins walk to restaurants & an easy walk to the viaduct

Quick and easy check in process. Room was clean and spacious, curtains kept the room nice and dark at all hours. Only concerns was being able to hear people walking up and down the hallway.

Have never booked and paid for a hotel in advance then had to provide a $100 bond on top. Lucky credit card was not full.

We arrived late (2am) and check in was quick and easy. Room nice, amenities nice, bathroom was a bit dirty.

Very nice hotel! Made a mistake when I was booking and the front desk let me check in much later. They were very friendly and kind. The room I had was very quiet and clean. Bed was super soft and everything was very cosy. Transport wise it was a bit away from the CBD, but the bus stop nearby made it very convenient to travel to and fro. There's a Woolworths right round the corner, super convenient and a shop that sold some really good fish and chips nearby too. The Tuckshop on the ground level has some very delicious toasties as well. Would stay again if I visit Auckland again!

Great service at reception and quality of the room. Nice stay in the CBD area- the breakfast add-on option at the cafe attached was also a plus.

Rooms are a little small but very clean and modern, location is great and staff very friendly
