Whilst the location of the place and front desk team were fantastic, I'm quite disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the room. The bathroom could do some deep cleaning to remove moulds. There were hair on the bedsheets too. Beds need to retire or probably invest some good mattress cover for comfort as I can feel the bed ribs. My brother had bed bites all over him. Room is tidy to be fair it's just really unhygienic and sanitation is needed. Thank you.

除了樓的外貌好看以外，樓內設施老舊 ，房間地毯特別臟。我入住後幾小時後就退房換了其他酒店。哦 登記入住時還有登記信用卡，不懂什麼操作，很不好的入住體驗。

Looked great online but once I get there was a different story, Lady who greeted me was good so I thought great start.. I had to carry suitcase up stairs to top level with no lift option, Room was small very rough damaged paint job, the bed had no mattress protector and only a fleece blanket so felt yuck sleeping in the bed. The bathroom ceiling was hanging down, television didn't work and curtains had seen better days.. Due to a no refund policy I stayed only 2 nights instead of my 3 so very disappointed. I would never stay at this establishment again and not recommend anyone too either!! Just felt so dirty being there!
