Room and toilet very clean, feel like motel, good location

The rooms were adequate, clean and comfortable. The location is about 10 mins walk from a great range of eateries.

We had prepaid our accomodation through Trip.com and when my husband went to check us in, he had to pay again for our accomodation because apparently we hadn't paid. I was not there and despite email verifications showing we had paid, they said no payment had showed and he will have to pay the accomodation and they'll refund the money when payment is showing. After our first night, I followed up our refund in the morning but still no show. They said that they'll get back to us by 4pm but they didn't. Same thing again the next day, I had to follow up the refund. Finally at the end of our stay, we managed to get the refund. The room and facilities were good, however when we arrived the shower gel and hand soap were a quarter full and once these had finished, there was no refill. Other than that it was an okay stay.

Very nice hotel very comfortable and nicely located but lady at reception wasn't very good very poor english, and quite rude. The website mentioned a buffet style breakfast which is no longer available, which was a bit frustrating

After staying for three days, I felt very good and comfortable. The staff at the reception desk, both Chinese and foreign, were warm and courteous. They answered and solved my questions one by one, which made me feel happy. As someone who travels frequently, I attach great importance to and am satisfied with this kind of service quality! The two of us stayed in a guest room on the second floor. The scenery outside the window was beautiful. The room was spacious and was cleaned and replaced every day. It was very neat and clean. The surrounding environment is very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. ​ Because we felt very satisfied, we extended the lease for another three days. We will choose this motel next time we need accommodation! We will also recommend it to friends visiting Auckland😊

The hotel is owned by a Chinese owner, and most of the front desk staff and waiters are Chinese. The facilities are a bit old, and the overall standard is not high, at the level of Lao Han Ting, but it is quite clean. There are Chinese restaurants and hot pot restaurants around, which is a plus. For parking, you have to go a little earlier on weekends or holidays, otherwise there may be no parking spaces.

There aren't too many people, so it's great not to have to wait in line. It's a great experience.

The view across the street was very good, with a large green lawn. I stood on the balcony and breathed the fresh air. Birds are singing and flowers are fragrant, and you can enjoy a relaxing time with a cup of coffee. Every staff member here is very considerate and enthusiastic, and it is convenient for Chinese people to communicate with each other, giving them a family-like experience. The Western breakfast buffet is open from 7 to 9 o'clock. The vegetables, fruits, salads, milk, juice, grilled sausages, etc. are all fresh and green, which can replenish energy. The chef is attentive and enthusiastic. The dishes are baked and disinfected every day. The guest rooms are cleaned and washed every day. The outer corridor After the rain, the carpets in the guest rooms are washed with water guns and deeply cleaned from time to time. The hygiene is very good. This hotel is located in the Central District. It is convenient to travel by bus and taxi. It is only a ten-minute walk from the commercial street. Let’s just say this much. I will choose to live here again if I have the opportunity in the future.
