Staff make a place, and these people are truly caring and wonderful. The fitness center could be improved. Rooms are aging but are clean and functional.

My traveling companion used a wheelchair. Room was easy to navigate. Shower chair readily available.

I liked that the location was near hospital but the evenning clerk was unfriendly, and curt. The room I stayed in had first thing I noticed was an alcohol bottle in the trash can when I opened the door.
the shampoo bottle had been used the coverlet smelt of body Oder .

We lost our home to a fire. We had pets and 3 people that needed to live somewhere. The manager. at the front desk took care of everything we needed and relieved us of a great deal of stress. All the staff was very accommodating and caring.

Faulty lighting and switches. Not enough outlets in a handicapped room. We require 2 outlets on each side of the bed without having to run extension cords
