Io non sono solito a mettere le recensioni, viaggio spesso per piacere e lavoro e non mi sento una persona difficile da accontentare. Ammetto che ho sbagliato nel conteggio dei giorni di permanenza. Nella mattina che dovevo lasciare la struttura sono stato chiamato con toni aggressivi perché i miei bagagli erano ancora nella stanza, mi ha fatto sentire come un ladro. Solo quando anch’io ho alzato i toni della voce e ho spiegato il fatto non intenzionale spiegando che avrei soggiornato (naturalmente) un giorno in più il titolare è diventato gentile, docile come un cagnolino. PAZZESCO esperienza da dimenticare

Non sapendo dove andare, mi hanno consigliato questo B&B. Devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto,ottimo posto,camera singola TOP ,bagno in camera e mobilio nuovo. Prezzo accessibile e sei nel centro di Augusta. Promosso a pieni voti. Grazie

In general, this place was fine fir resting my head at night. The ******* confirmation said check in could start at 11, but they were not ready for me for at least another hour. It is advertised as a bed and breakfast, but it definitely does not offer breakfast. The room could be noisy if the window is open and there are people on the patio.

a mon arrivee, personne sur place et gerant injoignable car le tel sur l'app Hotel.com noetiid pas fonctionnel!!
une nuit passee dehors non remboursee jusqu'ici!!!
toutes les difficultes pour obtenir enfin une chambre le lendemain! incroyable, le gerant ne disposait pas de connexion avec hotel.com et n'etait donc pas au courant de ma reservation! peut-on croire une chose pareille... Aucune excuse pour le derangement et toujours aucun retour, tant pour excuse que pour remboursement de la nuit induement encaissee.
