Hotel US Residency

This hotel is average not a good, service facility is low, and hotel cleaning 3/5 rating form my side

Though i booked deluxe ac room which costed rs 2000 per night, it didn't have even basic facilities. Geyser was not working. In chilly winter, i had to take bath in cold water due to non functioning of geyser. Room was full of mosquitoes thereby causing sleepless nights. Bathroom tap was also broken. Not recommended. It is better to look for other hotel in aurangabad than staying in this poorly maintained hotel. Bathroom tap was also broken. R

Us residency for better trip. Enjoy journey i think this hotel provide better option in medium prize. I highly appreciated.

totally disappointed with Property Services

Amazing stay, and supportive staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Food they serve are best in town.

Hotel is in mid of the city. Rooms are ok to stay but rooms are small. Lift is only one in which the hotel staff like cleaning staff and we both are using the same lift that is so uncomfortable. Room service is not available. Sometimes water problem appears. Electricity problem is also there. They are not cleaning rooms daily.

Hotel room are not good service is very poor staff behaves are not good for guest. Restaurant service is very poor

I recently stayed at us residency and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby places. Overall, i had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I don't like service sometimes ac is not working in in this extreme hot weather sometimes tv is not working properly like an hour or two hours that's not great I don't like this service of the staff there 😕
