Vivanta Aurangabad, Maharashtra

We’re staying at the Vivanta in Aurangabad as I write this review. We are here for a friends wedding. I am writing this review specifically to compliment the staff here at the hotel. From the ***ager, Deepak to the serving staff like Vrinda each and everyone has been amazing In their service. All of them are courteous, caring, and kind. It is over 40° today and the staff here has been working relentlessly Since the last two days with a smile on their faces. Kudos to the team here. Wish them great success!

Excellent service provided by the staff. They are the number 1 asset of Vivanta. We arrived really early in the morning, and Anubhav allowed us to check in early. We were also allowed to eat breakfast brunch for one, for free, because one of us is going to be departing very early in the morning, and would not be able to make use of the usually included free brunch. I found this to be very reasonable, which you normally would not find at other properties in the US. Subsequently, our driver, ***oj took us on a local tour of Aurangabad and is very patient in telling us additional information about those places. ***oj is also very dependable, and dropped off my sister safely since she was taking a separate flight, much earlier in the morning. Vijay drove us to Ajanta, Elora, and other local sights of Aurangabad, and he was always very attentive, even going so far as to block traffic for me on these wild Indian roads, as I crossed over to take pictures of the various sights. Ahead of my trip, I had done extensive planning by calling to shore, he was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. As an example, when I asked him which specific caves are the most important to visit at Ajanta, he called up a tour guide that he knew, and had him speak with me on the phone. This is what I call as going above and beyond. There was one other gentle*** (whose name I do not recall, but he was doing his internship) who brought me water when I was sitting in the lobby. Great job!

Rooms are getting old and food quality is pretty low quality with limited variety in buffett bfast abd dinner. I have stayed at various vivanta properties. But the food was realy not upto the mark. The staff is nice bur tje food was a major let down.

Lovely breakfast spread, lot of variety and options. Live flute perfor***ce added to the experiences. Mr. Deepak was very helpful and courteous to us.

Good nature of the staff. Starting from security at the gate, front desk, house keeping, restaurant all were good. Found professionalism in all fields. I would like to refer a few names. Ms Upasana and Mr. Venkatesh at the from desk, ***gal Iqbal at the house keeping, Mr. Sandeep and Kunika etc. Food was hygienic and tasty. The open space will give you so much of pleasure and you can relax well.
