Bom hotel, mas as fotos não são exatamente como a realidade. Very attentive and friendly receptionists, especially Garima who helped us a lot with the check-in.

First they have given a smoking room, which was suffocating, later got the room changed and the shower was not working. They said the first floor rooms AC was not working.

Great stay at ginger hotel specially thanks to Minhaj and Samiksha who were so co operative with the guest and also supportive…the room is also big and the view from the room is great ..the hotel is also located to the railway station and also anyone can come from railway staion to the hotel by walk

Great stay in ginger ..specially thanks to Minhaj and samiksha who was too friendly with the guest and supportive and always ready to help ...the guy always have smiley on his face....The room is also bigger in size and the hotel is also located near to the railway staion

Excellent service. Janhanavi has been extremely helpful. I had left my charger at the hotel and got back to pune. She was kind enough to get the same sent to me by courier. Would definitely recommend the hospitality recieved at the hotel. Kudos to the housekeeping team who were honest and courteous to hand over the lost and found.
