We requested for a wheelchair multiple times but staff didn’t pay attention. Staff attitude is little disappointing. Not a friendly hotel for people with disability

The check in and check out process was smooth. The front desk / security / other staff - all are extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread could have been better. However, their kitchen caters to the guest’s special requests and service is prompt and efficient. Their travel desk is also very good overall we had a comfortable n peaceful stay.

Simbaji made my stay comfortable specially during the buffet breakfast he was able to assist everything that I have requested. I really love the service they provided from housekeeping to in room dining and specially for my request. I love that they have fresh fruits and also they have complimentary kits. Check in process was not smooth but other than I appreciate everyone in the hotel.

One of the best experience I had in Aurangabad India they are so polite especially Mr. Lambaji gave us a real 5 star ezperience. I will surely back again 🤎🤎🤎 My india experience is really great I was impressesed with Mr. limbaji's service. The Food Is great the service is superb the amenities is good I will surely recommend this to my friends and look for Mr. Limbajii Mabuhay Philippines.
