The swimming pool and the spa is very good. Best thing about the pool is that it's covered. The rooms are average. Room service is not upto the mark.

The rooms were clean but they didn't provide basic facilities like a kettle or tea maker in the room. Basic things like a tooth kit, shaving kit are also provided on request.

Pathetic rooms to stay in. Water is not hygienic. They should start serving mineral water if they can’t maintain water hygiene. Food was terrible and delivered after 2 hours. Moreover, the bill for signing was brought at 11pm at night, after i had slept. Terrible experience. Won’t recommend as 2 star also.

The accommodation seems overpriced. The rooms require some more amenities. The food was ok and location is far from city center

Rooms is spacious. But linen is doesnt feel fresh. Intercom does-not work at times. Sat tv not working. Shower is having limited water flow. Toilet commode is very congested. Room service is terrible. Had order non spicy food for kids, they served very spicy. You have to call multiple time get room service food. On welcome message hotel had provide duty ***ager mobile number for any grievance, but no one will pick up the phone. Wont suggest agc.
