We have booked executive ac room and they given us normal ac room which was very small and not worth what amount we paid, they not provided complementry water also, there is noise coming in room. They changed room next day and ac was not working, they again changed the room means we changed room 2 times in 2 day stay

It is a very average hotel with no hot water service. Expensive as they don't provide ac if you want ac you will have to pay extra. Also ***agement is not good and unresponsive. Only advantage of this hotell is it is near to railway station.

It's not a 3 star hotel at all. Hotel rooms were not clean and posh enough. Hotel staff was cooperative. No hot water facility in evening as per rule of this hotel. Food is not available in room. For food we have to go outside or their own restaurant, food was good in that restaurant. Old *** seated as cashier in restaurant was too rude he has no ***ner to speak with customers and also with their restaurant staff.
