The room is very spacious with bathtub. The city view is awesome. One must try the avadh chicken biryani in the hotel

Excellent hotel, stay was so good with clean room and ambience. Service staff and reception are very cooperative. Food is good. Overall good and recommended to stay there.

Food was wonderful, room cleanness excellent, only he was charged advance early check in charge 1600 and its so much expensive because during booking i am getting some discount and this discount gone by early check in charge and i am not satisfied this happened with me. Other things was best.

Nice food and staff. We are planning to go there next time also. Hotel experience overall good. Only one day they forgot to clean our room but after our request they immediately cleaned our room. Overall experience is good. No doubt about it.

Room was big, neat and clean. Entire property is well maintained. Parking is limited. Fits into meet expectations category. However rigid approach of staff is a big turn off. Though they are helpful they need better training on customer service se sensitivity. We checked in at 11. 30 pm. We had called earlier and requested them to help with food availability. Blunt answer was kitchen closes at 11 and thereafter we don't serve anything. Not even a glass of milk can be provided. We had to order from outside and that too around 12. 30 am. Same was the case for breakfast well. They close at sharp 10 am. Limited menu but food quality is very good. Some flexibility for people who check in at odd hours would make this place preferred choice.

Hi, i stayed here for 2 days. Positives : good interiors, spacious rooms. Great fixtures and bedding. Great food too. Would rate them at 5 here negatives : issues i faced : i had issues with hot water both days i stayed. 2nd day, the problem was apparent but front office simply did not acknowledge and wasn’t proactive about rectifying it or informing me or providing an alternative. They however did extend my stay for a few hours post checkout on a complementary basis but this was again on my request and nothing that they did proactively. Apparently this was a one off. So treat it as such.

Had booked it for the day and rooms were smelly and had to ask housekeeping to spray some fragrances. Food was okay and it’s poorly ***aged staffs
