Rundum sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Besitzer ebenfalls sehr hilfreich bei allen Anliegen. Ein wunderschönes Hotel, zentral gelegen, schön und urig eingerichtet, konsequent im historischen Stil! Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, Büffet und frische Eier nach Wunsch am Tisch. Ruhige A**osphäre, gerne wieder!!!

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay in this hotel, an older building with grand rooms and bags of character. The bedroom was large and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wir haben uns 6 Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt.
Alle Wünsche wurden von den sehr netten Mitarbeitern prompt und zuverlässig erfüllt (kaputte Glühbirne, Fahrradstellplatz, Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Kissenalternative, spezielle Brötchen zum Frühstück…)
Alle Zimmer schön und besonders, das ganze Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und gemütlich.
Die Lage ist perfekt in einem Park am Beginn der Fußgängerzone.

Ein sehr schönes und romantisches Hotel mit historischem Ambiente. Die Lage ist zentral, direkt am Beginn der Fußgängerzone. Das Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Für Jeden war etwas dabei. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden gerne noch einmal wiederkehren.

Het is een mooi, statig hotel om te zien. Kamers zijn ruim, mooi ingericht en wij vonden dat er een goed bed stond. Het aantal parkeerplaatsen is beperkt. Het ontbijt is goed, niet te overvloedig. De doorgaande weg is, als de ramen open staan, wel goed hoorbaar.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. - Gutes Frühstück und sehr hilfsbereites Personal! - Stilvolle Zimmer und Gesamtausstattung. - Direkte Lage im Zentrum von Aurich - kostenfreies Parken direkt am Hotel Badezimmer (insbesondere die Dusche) könnte allerdings eine Aufwertung bzw. Renovierung gebrauchen.
