Très bel hôtel tenu par des gens charmants et très arrangeants. Chambre petite mais très propre et moderne, avec plateau de courtoisie très appréciée et bouteille d'eau à remplir soi-même à la fontaine à la réception ce qui est 1 très bonne formule respectant l'environnement. Beaucoup de choses sont faites pour l'écologie et je félicite l'établissement. Petit-déjeuner buffet, petit mais varié et produits de très bonne qualité et régionaux! La salle est très joliment décoré tout comme le bar, le salon avec piano... Le wifi fonctionne très bien Très central. A recommander sans aucun doute.

Dès que j' ai besoin de dormir à Aurillac je réserve cet hôtel : l'accueil est très chaleureux, les chambres sont très bien insonorisées, la literie hyper confort, tout est parfait. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et l accueil du matin est formidable : les personnes sont agréables et disponibles. Bref on se sent bien dans cet hôtel très central avec de nombreux restaurants autour. Le parking est un plus mais si on arrive le soir on trouve facilement une place dans l avenue.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel confortable bien situé qui dispose d’un garage à réserver impérativement. Excellent accueil, chambres impeccables, des salons pour se détendre et une carte de room service proposant de délicieux petits plats faits par des traiteurs et produits localement, que l’on peut aussi prendre au bar de l’hôtel si on ne veut pas ressortir au restaurant. Vraiment bien en tous points !

Bel hôtel situé dans le centre. Je mets un bémol car le parking est petit et j’avais réservé cet hôtel initialement parce qu’il disposait de bornes de recharge. Malheureusement ces dernières étaient HS…

Commençons par le personnel : pas une fausse note, tout est fait pour que le client se sente bien à l'aise. L'hôtel est situé en plein centre mais dispose d'un parking privé. Il s'agit d'un bâtiment ancien, qui a été très bien modernisé. Rien à voir avec beaucoup d'autres lieux "aseptisés et interchangeables : ici on sent qu'il y a une âme. Très bon petit déjeuner. Prix raisonnable vu les prestations.
