Great location near rail. Super nice staff. Very clean and nice rooms. Great shower. Small rooms but very normal for this type of spot in a big city. Close to a wonderful food area. Shakespeare library, and Notre-Dame. Shopping and bars too.

Hôtel bien centré , personnels sympas ,restaurants nombreux à proximités ,garage un peu difficile d'accès ,mais également parking public sous terrain à proximité . Possibilité de prendre son P Déjeuner dans la chambre ,situation parfaite pour visiter AURILLAC et également cette partie du massif central

Très cher pour le confort très moyen pas de climatisation…. Et le petit déjeuner attente debout 15 minutes pour enfin prendre un plateau non servi et l amabilité du patron a revoir

J'avais déjà séjourné dans cet hotel plusieurs fois et cela s'était très bien passé. Cette fois, un peu déçue. J'avais pris une chambre "supérieure" mis à part que la chambre est plus grande, il n'y a pas de bureau pour travailler. le serviettes de bain (juste 1 moyenne et 1 petite) sont très usées, à changer à tout pris avec des taches de rouge à lèvre. Les wc demandent aussi un bon coup de nettoyage. Bref, déçue par rapport à d'habitude
