The service attitude is very good, the room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. But the corridor is too dark and the room is a bit difficult to find, like a maze

The elevator is interesting. Hahaha. Some of the front desk staff are not very enthusiastic. But the location and small town environment are really worth staying.

It is a relatively good hotel around Flåm Aurland, but it is still far from the four-star hotels in the city.

The hotel has a nice location in spectacular Aurland. Comfortable and nice rooms. Too few parkingspots for the guests strugling to find somewhere to park. They have chargers for electric vehicles, but spots are occupied by others as the hotel doesnt reserve the parkingspots with chargers for electric vehicles. Yes, there are fast chargers a couple of kilometers from the hotel, but then you have to leave, and sit and wait in the car while charging, in sted of charging over night and enjoying the hotel. The restaurant had slow service with only a few choices. The kids menu is a complete disaster with only 2 options for dinner. Waffles (which is a dessert and not a dinner), and pasta which came as dry pasta and tasteless white sauce. The chef should be ashamed to offer this. Kids dont need a high level of Michelin star quality food, but an absolute minimum level of quality must be expected. A simple pizza or burger, maybe a piece of salmon with a few veggies would be 100 times better than this. The «adult menu» also had only a few options. Breakfast buffet with few selections. Summarized: ok hotel if you only need to sleep and move on. I wouldn’t be sure that I’ll find parking. Restaurant needs to step up both with service and menu. Stay away from the restaurant for dinner if you have kids.

We arrived on the first day of season 2024. They were still busy with finetuning everything but we had a great stay! From the reception till the restaurant everyone was so friendly. We had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant and the à la carte breakfast was great. The view on the Fjord from our room was so nice!

Ana at reception was the best! She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. Nice property. Great location. Comfortable beds but small sink for two.

Its a beautiful hotel. We were given a room on the 4th floor with a view of the fjords. Just gorgeous! Even with the cold outside, the room temp is perfect with heated bathroom floors. Just beautifully made bathroom and room overall. Great breakfast! Staff is so helpful and friendly. Katia helped us out alot! Nicely located for the aurland and flam region.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. No elevator available and no TV in the room, but those were minor inconveniences.
