When I checked in the staff were so kind to me and the room was nice and cozy . The breakfast was so delicious and the lobby was very spacious and clean . Overall a great hotel to stay at . I will make sure to keep coming to this hotel for my business trips !

This hotel needs some major updating.
Old & carpets look dirty. Very sad looking.
Our plastic black out curtains had huge roof in them.

Jackie took care of our soccer team at breakfast with genuine pride for her work and with a bright personality that was welcoming and contagious. She made a routine hotel stay memorable. Nothing else was special about the hotel, it was all Jackie that made a mark. Her heart is in her work and I wholeheartedly believe she deserves a raise and promotion.

No hot water in the shower. Sliding glass door to shower off track unable to open. Tv remote didn’t work.

The water would get cold quickly,the shower head didn’t have enough pressure. Other than that it was okay.
