Homewood Suites by Hilton Aurora Naperville

Parking lot was always full. Finding parking was difficult. I called for housekeeping, to exchange dirty towels, they took the dirty stuff and never brought the clean towels. Trash was found in front of my door, and I called the front desk, they said they were going to remove it but upon check out, it was still there. Lots of parties on the weekends. The suite was smaller than expected but the shower was nice. The stove was covered with rust. I will pass on this one next time.

Let me just start by saying this resort was phenomenal it's a hidden gem the hospitality from the staff from start to finish is the best that I have seen from a Homewood in property the manager Emily bends over backwards she does her best to accommodate you. Sunday March 31st she may have been overwhelmed because there were so many guests I imagine family staying there because of the children and she had staff to call off but she handled it graciously with a smile and even extended a late check out to my family breakfast was nearly over when I got downstairs I'm a late riser but she still accommodated me that goes a long way the other staff was phenomenal as well I like that they all are on the same team I like to give a special mention to Victor Leslie I believe Donald or Donovan and Jonathan and another young man that works in the evening not that this is the Great description but he wears glasses and has the biggest smile in the world everybody that works in that front desk is just the best I had a card with everyone's name on it that was so helpful to me but I misplaced it and I knew as soon as I came home I needed to put this out so whoever runs this hotel the manager keep doing what you do the staff even had a meal delivered and after the staff was done they extended it to the guest now I thought that that was just great considering I only had a little something for breakfast this with the cherry on top 🍒🙌. You have a great team and place and on top of that because I was extremely tired in the area because of a concert the late check out did my body well. Keep up the good work I will definitely be back with anybody interested in this is a great place for the staycation so I didn't want to mess this review up sorry for being lengthy please please get firmer pillows!!!!

Property looks dated. Breakfast was very basic.

The property was in a great location with many eating options. Sidewalks connected much of the area which would have been great had it not been so cold. :) I would want to warn anyone with sensitivity to strong smells that the hotel infuses something into their common areas. It kind of smelled like lavender but was very strong. I typically do not have sensitivity to smells, but this was really strong. Seemed to just be in common areas as I did not notice it as much in our room.

Stayed here for a week for a business trip. Great location. Surrounded by many different restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well kept. The room was good. Breakfast is a standard continental. There is also a social on Wednesdays in the evening with wine and appetizers. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Bathroom very small, no tub or exhaust fan. Kitchen had full size fridge. Good coffee and cucumber in the lobby was great

What a fantastic experience for a little weekend get-away! The room was clean, cozy, spacious, and modern. The amenities in the room are wonderful for our late night snack cravings and relaxation time! The service was OUTSTANDING! From the moment we checked in, we felt well taken care of. The welcome bag with the welcome letter from the General Manager, Jared Horn, the delicious brownies, and complimentary waters was a nice extra touch and completely unexpected! The hot breakfast next to the cozy fireplace was delicious and perfect for such a cold winter morning! I highly recommend Homewood Suites Aurora/Naperville for not only the beautiful and comfortable hotel but the amazing service from Jared & his staff! We will be back again!
